Mr. Aneesh Koneth is the Founder and CEO of Velocity Fitout Solutions, a UAE-based turnkey interior design and fit-out company known for delivering high-quality, end-to-end project solutions. With over 16 years of experience in the UAE, he has led the company’s evolution from an IT services firm into a fully integrated fit-out and contracting business. Today, Velocity offers a complete range of services including interior design, fit-out, MEP works, ELV systems, and in-house joinery, allowing clients to execute projects seamlessly under one roof. Mr. Aneesh has overseen a diverse portfolio across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects, building a reputation for reliable delivery, strong project management, and attention to detail. His leadership is focused on quality, efficiency, and long-term client relationships, positioning Velocity Fitout Solutions as a trusted name in the UAE’s competitive fit-out industry.

Abdul Gaffar is the Managing Director at Velocity Fitout Solutions, where he leads the end-to-end delivery of interior fit-out and construction projects across the UAE. A degree-qualified Civil Engineer with over 12 years of experience, Gaffar brings deep expertise in turnkey fit-out projects, project management, and site execution. He oversees all aspects of project delivery — from client coordination and design development to construction, authority approvals, and final handover — ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He has successfully delivered a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and across the UAE, earning a reputation for his structured approach, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Known for building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, Gaffar plays a key role in maintaining seamless project execution. Notably, he has led and delivered a project valued at over AED 550 million, reflecting his strong leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen.
